In my experience meeting with Deborah, not everything we discussed during the interview turned out to be true. Specifically, there were certain action items that we discussed during and after the interview that were never delivered upon. When I followed up with Deborah, no response was provided. The lack of transparency and communication would give me pause before hiring Deborah as I value honesty, reliability and timely communication, especially when hiring someone that’ll be trusted in my house and with my children. For these reasons, I had to move in a different direction.
