I have a passion to work and learn with children. I come from a big family and have always dove right into helping, understanding, play time, nap time and over all day to day todo’s for baby and mama. Aileen has been a God send. She has been with us since our baby boy was 3 weeks old and he is coming up on a year now. She is a phenomenal communicator, punctual and reliable. She follows our care plan and contributes to our son's development with every interaction. She spends lots of time playing, reading and interacting with him. She is never on her phone or distracted and 100% focused on our child when we have her over. We trust her with him implicitly and anyone looking for a reliable sitter would be lucky to have her. She is worth every penny!

Aileen is awesome! She is punctual, reliable, friendly and great with my toddler. She is very interactive with my daughter's play and encourages her learning.
