Jennifer is a pleasant surprise! I knew she was a great nanny children but she is such a natural at being a life coach for my 24 yr old, nonverbal autistic son!! She has a natural sense when she needs to redirect or give him some tickles. My son has many challenges and in a elf-help and lifeskills more like a 3-4 yr old she only works two days a week with him and I already see he is enjoying her coming to help him learn. I have learned the lifecoach needs to have great patience, not judging any oddities and realizing just because he can’t learn it today, doesn’t mean he can’t learn it tomorrow. My son can be challenging but Jennifer doesn’t seem to mind at all! She’s so kind and really sweet.
