I am enthusiastic about the growth and development of children. I have eleven years of paid experience working with children whose ages range from 4 weeks to 13 years of age. For the families I have worked with, I mostly did pick-up and drop-offs at camp and other appointments, trips to the park for outdoor activities, went to local museums, played educational games in preparation for the following school year, prepared light dinner, and assisted with bath and bedtime routines. Chelsea watched our little 2 y/o boy while we were able to sneak out for a date night. She was on-time, professional, sociable and my son instantly felt comfortable under her care. It was super cute when we came home and he woke up for a moment and asked if Chelsea was still here. Whenever we need another date night Chelsea will be the first person we reach out to for a babysitter. 10/10.

Chelsea has babysat for our 10 month old a few times, right in the peak of his stranger danger phase. He immediately liked her, and barely even noticed that we had left! She took him for a walk, played, and got a tricky napper to sleep, while texting us updates. I highly recommend Chelsea!

Chelsea babysat for us our first time leaving our baby (almost 6 months old) with a non-family member babysitter, and she did an incredible job. She made us feel like our baby was in safe, competent hands and the whole experience was very smooth. Even after our baby was at first a little upset due to "stranger danger" upon meeting Chelsea (which our baby does with all new people she meets these days), Chelsea handled it beautifully and read our baby a book until she calmed down and was no longer upset. We also appreciated that Chelsea updated us throughout the evening. Overall a great experience and I would recommend Chelsea to anyone looking for a sitter.
