I love building relationships with kids and creating a fun, supportive environment where they can grow. As an in-home Behavior Technician, I worked with a young girl with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, which taught me how powerful structured play, positive reinforcement, and creative problem-solving can be in helping children develop important skills. I use these same principles in my approach with all kids, making learning and everyday tasks enjoyable while boosting their confidence and independence. Beyond my hands-on experience, I recently earned my bachelor’s in Psychology from GVSU and will be starting my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling this fall. My background gives me a strong understanding of child development, emotional regulation, and behavior management strategies. I’m trained as a Registered Behavior Technician and plan to obtain my CPR and First Aid certification. I pride myself on being creative, empathetic, and highly organized, with a natural Read more ability to turn everyday activities into something fun. I’m also happy to help with meal prep, light cleaning, and pet care while ensuring kids stay active, engaged, and having fun!
