Hey mama, My name is Simone but I also go by Ms. Simone as well as “mom”. I’m the mother a lovely 9 year old boy, a teacher, as well as an RBT (behavior technician). I started my experience just like everyone else, watching my own siblings & baby cousins. I’ve always been fun loving, comical, and youthful yet, responsible, since I was in middle school. I’m high school I started my career by taking child development classes held in a preschool setting. I went on to study Psychology but, my son decided to come out into the world and say hello. So here we are 9 years late and I’m currently finishing my degree. In the meantime I’ve worked in childcare centers all over the city of Columbus from high scale to STUQ. I started as an assistant teacher, earned my way to being the Lead, & then I Read more decided to substitute where I could go on and on about the experiences I’ve had and the wonderful children that I will never forget. To make a long story even longer, I’ve always been a very relatable and adaptable person which probably comes from being well traveled since I was a child myself. I know how important it is for a child to feel safe, feel loved, & be free to learn through the beautiful experiences of life. During our free time we love to go to church, do arts & crafts, try new recipes, sing songs (mostly me), and play games (definitely my son). I have experience with children with special needs including autism, Down’s syndrome, epilepsy, asthma etc. I also have excellent cleaning and organizational skills so honestly, just send me a message if you need an extra hand.
