Hello, My name is Christina and I am 35 years old. My 2 boys and I are new to North Carolina and I'm looking to start work part time as a nanny/babysitter/house cleaner. I have a 14 year old with Aspergers and a 5 year old. I have over 20 years of experience working with children from newborns to teens. I first started working for a family with four kids newborn-5 when I was 12 years old. I have worked in two daycares when I was a teenager as well as an assistant pre-school teacher, I've recently worked in my churches nursery 4-5 days a week. I have also been a nanny for multiple families thru the years, many I'm still in touch with. I have many years working with a variety of special needs children, both ends of the ASD, cerebral palsy and ADHD, just to name a few. Read more I have worked for families of multiples and Irish twins and triplets from birth on. My duties include, cleaning up after children and any additional cleaning as needed, taking children to and from school and activities. I will also do meal prep for the family not just children. I enjoy taking kids out into the community for fun activities, whether it's a walk around the block, a local playground, the museum, library, pool ect. I love getting down on the floor to play with dolls, Legos, cars, trains, color, you name it. I especially enjoy doing crafts around the holidays with kids. My second to last job I was a nanny for 7 kids, ages 6-14. I was with them for 7 years and we are now best friends. This family also has a farm and I would farm sit for them for up to a week at a time. My duties would be to take care of their animals by feeding and cleaning up after them and repairing the fence when the animals broke loose! They have cows, goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, cats and dogs. So I am very comfortable around animals. My last job I had before I moved here, I was a general household manager/personal assistant. I would run errands, grocery shop, meal prep, laundry, organize, take care of their dog, make appointments for the family and help with their 3 teenagers, yard work, house repairs. I will email you a written copy of my responsibilities from a daily, monthly as needed basis. Through the years I have been a volunteer EMT for our local medical rescue team, completed a citizens fire academy and citizens police academy
