Hello! My name is Lana, and I’m so glad you’re here. I hold a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education/Early Childhood Special Education and have over 10 years of hands-on experience working with young children. My background includes teaching in Montessori and Reggio-inspired preschools, as well as working as a Behavior Interventionist with children with special rights. Early childhood development has always been my passion, as it lays a strong foundation for the future, especially in socio-emotional domain. That’s why I’ve enjoyed working in various educational settings—exploring where I can be the most impactful while still enjoying the journey. Currently, I work with two wonderful families. I have extensive experience caring for siblings of all ages, helping foster positive sibling relationships and easing common challenges. Conflict resolution is one of my strengths—I use gentle guidance and age-appropriate strategies to help children express their feelings, solve problems, and build social-emotional skills. Read more What I love most about babysitting is the opportunity to build meaningful, trusting relationships with children while implementing proven teaching strategies in a warm, consistent way. And most importantly—we always have fun, whether we’re crafting, playing outside, storytelling, or exploring creative activities Families I work with describe me as dependable, patient, creative, and always upbeat. I’m highly organized, safety-conscious, and genuinely enjoy connecting with children on their level to help them thrive. I’m now looking to welcome one or two more families into my schedule. If you’re looking for a caregiver who brings a teacher’s heart and a professional mindset into your child’s everyday life, and think my experience aligns with your needs, please feel free to reach out! I look forward to hearing from you! Warmly, Lana
