Hi there! My name is Heather Bell and I have over 10 years of combined paid and unpaid experience with children and pre-teens. In 2013-2014 I was an assistant behavioral coach at a school for disabled children. I assisted with routines, meals, administering medicines and helping curb emotional situations with coping mechanisms. I helped students 1:1 and parents saw huge differences in their childs' behavior while working with me. In 2012 I began volunteering as a Younglife leader for middle schoolers. On Friday nights we would organize skits, life lessons, games, and snacks with over 40 students. Each leader became role models and friends for these students and remained until they graduated middle school. I did this until the end of 2018. I began high school ministry right after and did this until 2020. I was a full time nanny for a family around the same time. I was watching Read more four children, age ranged between 0-4 years old and I was with them for 2.5 years. Throughout my time in childcare my goal has always remained the same - to help children learn, grow, and become independent in the best way. My hope is that I can help your children do the same.
