My name is Kori and here’s a little bit about me. Hello, I have been a Milwaukee resident for several years. Originally from the vibrant cultural hub of New Orleans, Louisiana, I am passionate about sharing the transformative power of creativity and inspiring young minds. I recently graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Education and Fine Arts. This spring, I will be returning to school to pursue a Bachelor’s degree. My academic pursuits have deepened my commitment to harnessing the love of art and education. I aspire to foster a collaborative learning environment, empower the next generation, and make a positive impact as a dedicated educator. I really enjoy babysitting! It's such a rewarding experience. I love getting to know the kids and building those relationships with them. It's amazing to see them learn and grow, and I feel good knowing I'm helping out families in my community. I have worked in childcare for a few years and have been babysitting since I was about 10 years old. The flexibility is a huge plus. I can usually set my own hours, which is perfect for me because I'm also a full time student at Alverno getting my bachelor’s in Education and have a husband. I also get to choose which families I work with, so I can find a good fit for my personality and preferences. Babysitting has also helped me develop some really important life skills. I've become much more patient and responsible, and I've learned so much about how to interact with kids of different ages. It's definitely helped me grow as a person. Of course, it's a great way to earn some extra money! It's flexible income, which is always helpful. I am CPR certified so you can have that extra peace of mind.
