Nil did a great job taking care of our three year old girl and four year old boy. She is very active and engaging and is well liked by our kids. She organized lots of activities for the kids such as arts and crafts projects, cooking, reading, practicing writing, etc, and she also took them outside to to play in neighboring parks or ride their tricycles around the neighborhood. Our kids are so close in age that they tend to fight if they get to bored, and Nil did a good job structuring the day to keep them engaged. Nil also prepared lunch and occasionally dinner for our kids, and as an experienced mother, Nil was able to help our kids with the developmental milestones they were working on; most memorably she potty trained our daughter.
