Hello future family, My name is Jonicee(jon-ah-see),but I go by JoJo for the sake of the children's pronunciation. I have 7+ years of experience when it comes to working with children. This is one of those things that I am a natural with. I love helping, loving and supporting others. The look of happiness I can bring on to others whether children or teenagers is like medicine to my soul. I am currently going to school to be a nurse with the preference of childrens hospital. Growing up I was in and out of foster care which caused me to have a large absense of love and support from the people I needed it from most. But with that It has driven me to ensure that I break that cycle and be the love and support for another family. I have taken care of a 6 year old boy for Read more 2 years while he battled cancer. It was a rough experience for everyone. I was close to him before the tumor was located. Through my tears I seen the light in the situation. I remembered how much I loved to help others. My heart poured out to him and all those amazing nurses that helped love him when I had to leave for my other job. Dec 19th he has been cancer free and better then ever. That was a big impact on my life and my reality check to get me back in the line of work that was my calling. I've been striving to be in children's and family's life daily and haven't looked back. I can also give you his mother's contact information for a reference when I worked for them. They moved away so I no longer care for him,although we do video chat often. I currently work part time at the children's museum of Phoenix on Van Buren and 7th avenue. I am what we call a "playologist". I love my job with everything in me. I just need something that requires more interactions more days and hours of the week. I would love to be apart of your family life. I provide proper attention, love and support as fit for each child's needs. I do all of this in a educationally structured way. I am very creative when it come to finding ways to educate the children while making it fun enough to keep their interest💖 I am also active myself so I have all the energy i need to make sure they can have their kid exercise.
