Machelle is very reliable. She always arrives on time. She cares for our very active children who are two and three as if they are her own. They love her and look forward to seeing her. She sends picture and video updates while she is with them which is very comforting. We are truly glad to have found her.

Machelle babysat my 2-year-old daughter a few times, and it was great. She handled my daughter's meltdowns and engaged her with creative activities. She was punctual, professional, and genuinely friendly. Overall, I highly recommend her to anyone needing a responsible, caring, and engaging babysitter

Passionate and caring to my son. I couldn't ask for more!

Machelle has been an amazing nanny for our 7-month-old son. At the time of this review, we’ve been working with her for just over a month. She is incredibly personable, caring, and always goes above and beyond. Machelle sings to him, reads books, teaches him numbers, and plays with him in a way that keeps him engaged and happy. She’s always punctual and has been wonderfully flexible with scheduling, which we truly appreciate. We feel so fortunate to have her help, and our son absolutely adores her!

She was above what was expected and she connected very well with the 2 boys, Michael is non verbal and on the spectrum. She connect to his clues with his sign language. The 9 year old does not like to do homework and she encouraged him to make his education a priority. I will definitely use her services again and recommend. Outstanding!!
