Hello, my name is Kam Holland, and I come from a huge family born and raised in Oklahoma. I grew up as one of the oldest, constantly caring for younger cousins. As soon as I was 13, I began getting babysitting jobs throughout my neighborhood, and the publicity of moms sharing my connections allowed my little business to grow. I thought I had found the jackpot of all jobs: hanging out and playing with kids, only to ensure that they were safe, happy, and hopefully clean before the parents got home. Doing that throughout my childhood made the transition to working as a summer camp counselor much easier. I will say working a summer camp job that held 4-week sessions was the ultimate test of how much I loved working with kids. It was around-the-clock work but so much fun.
