Have not yet had her as a sitter.

What can I say about Aja that the other Moms have not already? She is quick to respond to requests, has been prompt each time we've had her help us out and as a Mom who is just getting back into the workforce it's really amazing to have someone so wonderful and sweet and dependable to leave my sweet angel with. But thats a lot of what you've read already from other Moms who have reviewed her so I asked my 4 year old what she thinks of Aja and here is what she said, "she needs to come more often" and "she played with me the WHOLE TIME!!" Need I say more?! I highly recommend Aja and am so happy we found her.

After 10 months, I decided that I finally needed a little help with our little boy. As a nervous, first-time mom, I am naturally cautious and look for someone who is really top-notch. Well, I found her! From the moment she walked into our home for her interview, my husband and I were impressed with her professionalism and calm demeanor. She's watched our little boy a couple of times and each time I have come in to our home, I find him giggling, playing with her on the floor and to a clean, organized environment. She's attentive, calm, very thorough, and obviously knows her way around a baby and mama's world. Needless to say, we love her! She's also VERY good at scheduling through calls or texting (so convenient for me as things change on a dime with a family). She rolls with my schedule and stays in great communication in regards to her schedule. Once I saw how great she was with our little boy, I immediately reserved more dates with her. She even texts me info on good baby websites, tips and cool new toys. We can't wait to see her again!

Aja was reliable, on time and very diligent in caring for my 4 month old daughter. I was a little nervous leaving her for the first time with a sitter, but Aja put me right at ease. She checked in with me regularly, and I was glad she was very experienced with infants and had had her own child as well. I'd also like to mention that I was extra nervous because my daughter had to have her shots scheduled that same morning, and I was worried about leaving her in case she was extra fussy or felt feverish. Aja was GREAT with her and she went to sleep without issue, and Aja was kind enough to take her temp for me and watch her for any signs of fever - what a relief! I would also mention that before I left, Aja pointed out I had a medication for children that was available in infant form and I might want to be aware of the dosage differences - though I had the correct dosage from the doctor to use with the children's version, her concern that I didn't have an infant version of that medicine was well noted and much appreciated! That kind of eye for attention with your children is priceless! Thank you Aja!

Aja recently watched our 1 month old son for a long 8 hour day. This was our first time leaving our baby with anyone for longer than a couple of hours but Aja made us feel completely at ease with her professional and pleasant demeanor, extensive experience, and excellent references and reviews. We look forward to having her sit for us again and getting to know our son more and more in the future! Do not hesitate to ask Aja to watch your precious little ones; she's amazing!

Aja was so wonderful with my boys! She was super professional and incredibly warm. I feel very lucky to have found her and will be using her a lot in the future. Any family will be overjoyed to have her watching their kids!

I'm so glad the sitter I hired ended up flaking out on us. I ended up hiring Aja 48 hours before the job and WOW! She's awesome. First off, she was quickly responsive to my messages, emails and phone call and communicated clearly. She arrived on time, to our home, she instantly made a connection with my toddler son and he was giggling with joy within a minute of meeting her - he knew she was here to play with him! While we were out she sent us text updates, I didn't even ask for this, but appreciated it greatly! When we came home my son had taken his nap, colored, and was busy playing cars with her. And last but not least, she even straightened up a bit while we were away! I will totally contact Aja again for babysitting.

Aja babysat for our 7 week old daughter and we were very impressed with her. During the interview process she suggested that we make sure that whomever we hire have their whopping cough shots since our daughter is too young to have had the vaccine yet. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness so we hired her and couldn't have been more pleased with the decision!

Aja just watched our little girl for the first time last night. She was excellent -- professional, prompt, and fantastic with our little girl. Our daughter took to her right away (a rarity), and we felt very comfortable going out for the night with Aja watching our little one. She's amazing.

Aja watched my 3 month old daughter this afternoon. She was easy to reach and communicate with to set up a time, super friendly and great with my daughter, and even gave me a couple of tips on how to get the baby more comfortable with a bottle. I would recommend her again in a second!

My husband and I absolutely LOVE Aja! I am so glad that I found her here. We have a 10 week old baby and are first time parents. So, of course, we were nervous about finding a good sitter. Aja made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. She is a great communicator, lets us know her schedule way ahead of time so we can plan future jobs with her. Also, she was so nice about us switching up the times for an existing job with just a few days notice. She's on time, organized, confident, open, bright and friendly. Aja helped me with my 2 year old daughter and newborn son. She is trustworthy, dependable and caring. She anticipates your needs! She is very comfortable with newborns. My daughter loves her and so do I.

Aja is awesome!!! We visited Pasadena from out of town and needed someone to help out with our 9-year old son for the weekend. She was flexible and friendly and even consented at the last minute to watch two additional boys on the first night. She took my son swimming and even played his favorite video games. She also gave excellent fashion advice, which made me the bell of the ball. I highly recommend Aja for any childcare job and will use her again when I am in the area.

My wife and I were looking for someone to help us make sure we had our date nights, but could be sure that our 2 year old son was safe, sound and protected while we were out and she has been great. We will and are continuing to use her regularly and couldn't recommend her more highly.

Aja was able to sit for me on short notice when my mom was unable to watch my son one evening this week. I had already spoken to her over the phone to arrange for an upcoming weekend and was impressed with her positive reviews on SitterCity. She arrived on time (early, in fact) and met me at home after a very hectic day when everything seemed to be going wrong for me. Her calm demeanor and warm personality was exactly what we were hoping for. My son immediately took to her and he loved her darling little daughter, too! After acquainting Aja with my son's routine, my husband and I left for our appointment feeling reassured that we'd chosen the right sitter. Our feelings were confirmed when we returned home a couple hours later to find a very happy, bathed baby and clean kitchen. We will absolutely be using Aja again and highly recommend her!

Aja babysat for my fifteen-month old daughter and she was wonderful! She arrived promptly and immediately started playing with my daughter so I could get ready to go out. My daughter usually doesn't take to strangers, but Aja had a bright and gentle manner that made her feel comfortable right away. When I left, my daughter was playing with Aja and having fun, and when I returned she was sleeping soundly. I will definitely call Aja again, and I highly recommend her.

We had a great experience with Aja. She watched our daughter for the night, while we attended a wedding. Since we were from out of town it was important to have someone with great references. Aja has that and more. Both parents and our daughter were very pleased with how this worked out.

Aja is a wonderful nanny/babysitter. I always felt completely comfortable leaving my infant daughter in her care. She has a calm, warm presence which is always appreciated by a new mom! Aja was amazing! As she walked in the door for the first time, I felt completely at ease. She has a wonderful, sweet personality. She was such a help today. I needed someone to watch after my 5-year-old son while I had to be away the whole day. I came back to a organized home with a happy and ready-for-bed child! I really couldn't have asked for anything more. I've just joined sittercity.com and finding Aja was a true gem. I will definitely ask her to come back to babysit! Aja helped a mom in need. She arrived 15 minutes early and was ready to help the moment she walked in the door. With my husband out of town and three little ones under 4 (with one sick), I needed the extra set of hands. I was fortunate to see Aja in action. Aja was great with the kids. She helped out tremendously, especially with my 3.5 year old daughter who needed the most attention while I took care of my 2 month old. Being a mother herself she was very attentive to the children's needs. I highly recommend Aja for any full time nanny position or babysitting. She's warm and nurturing for the little ones, but also fun and friendly for the older ones too. Now, I have someone I can call on when we need some grown-up time. BTW, after Aja left my daughter said, "Mommy, I love playing with Aja." That pretty much says it all. Thanks Aja!

Aja is fabulous! She is punctual, caring, and someone we can trust with our little girl. We definitely recommend her as a great child care provider.

Aja agreed to begin a job at 5:30 as we had to attend a business event starting at 7:00. By 6:30 she had not arrived or called and we could not reach her by phone, and we had to get a neighbor to look after our daughter. Aja's lack of professionalism and irresponsibility caused a great deal of stress for our family and nearly ruined our evening. Terrible experience.

Aja watched my daughter from the time she was 11 months to 18 months. The only reason she left was because she had her baby. She is very trustworthy and very reliable. She was wonderful with my child and I was extremely sad to see her go. She remains a very close friend. Any family would be lucky to have her.

Aja was top notch. My son didn't want her to leave. He had so much fun with her. She is very responsible and was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend her, and would be happy to answer any questions.
