Hello, my name is Cheryl and I’ve lived in Wayne, NJ for 24 years. I love the outdoors and enjoy engaging the children I care for in outdoor play. I also enjoy reading, solving puzzles and organizing educational games. I enjoy everything “ Sciencey”, as I majored in Biology at WPU. I enjoy going for walks and taking the children to the park and library. I will prepare healthy snacks and meals, assist with feeding, and clean up the kitchen. I will do light housekeeping. I will help with homework and encourage less screen time. I can manage child-related laundry and help your children tidy up their rooms. I can assist with potty training, language skills, early childhood development and social skills. I will drive children as needed, manage child related laundry and ensure a fun, safe, clean environment. I come from a large Italian Family, which has given me personal experience with special needs children as well as adults with disabilities and Alzheimer’s. I have worked for a child care facility/preschool as well as a Nanny for private Families. I have a vehicle & drive. I can run errands, pick children up from school and take them to after school activities. I am available to drive children or adults to appointments, practices, games and therapy. I have an excellent driving record. I am fully vaccinated & have received three boosters as well. My schedule is very flexible. I’m available during the week as well as on weekends. I have always loved kids & usually spend my time at the kids’ table during Family functions.
