Natalia was our nanny for our 22-month-old for 10-weeks while we were in the Palm Springs area - and she was great! After a bit of a nanny nightmare before, we were on edge about hiring someone new. But Natalia totally got it and did all the checks to make us feel comfortable about it. We appreciated how she made sure we were at ease and the trust was being built. She's an excellent & thorough communicator and has so much patience & energy. Our toddler loved hanging with her, doing all sorts of cool stuff like playing at home, hitting the playground, storytime/plays at the library, swimming and exploring local toddler spots. Natalia also handled meal preparation, feeding our toddler, diaper duty, and getting our toddler down for her mid-day nap. Natalia talked to & conversed with our toddler all day long and we saw the impact of this on our toddler’s speech development in just a few days! At the end of the day, she followed up with a “Daily Report” that shared more about Food Intake, Diapers, Activities/How the day went & General Notes. If you need a reliable, trustworthy, energetic nanny - she’s your person! We seriously couldn’t be happier with her and would recommend her to everyone!

Natalia was wonderful with my children. She truly cares about the role and the children and my family loved her. She was also able to surface any concerns and even discipline when needed. She managed my four children for a date night and got everyone to sleep! She also was wonderful with my three older children at the pool and had a great attitude swimming around playing with them. Highly recommend very reliable
