Hi! I am majoring in Early Childhood Education currently. I have been a nanny (for two girls aged 2 and 4 when started, and currently are 6 and 8) for about 4 years and babysat throughout that time. I have worked with children from 6 months old to 11 years old while babysitting. Last summer I worked as a 3 year old teacher and as a part time floater teacher at a daycare, with ages infant-12 years old. I have a CPR and First Aid certification, as well as Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, Specialist, Professional, Newborn and Infant Care, and E-learning Facilitator Childcare Certifications from The Nanny Institute. I've also student taught in a kindergarten class, 1st grade class, and a 2nd grade class! My college has an on campus childcare center that I student teach in with 3 and 4 year olds.
