Hi there! My name is Jasmine. I am originally from Sarasota, FL, but I moved to Orlando in 2018 in search of a new adventure. I am currently enrolled at the University of Central Florida pursuing a bachelor's degree in nursing with a minor in psychology. I began my career in childcare at fourteen years old, spending four years as a camp counselor. After moving to Orlando, I spent two years working as a registered behavior technician (RBT) caring for and teaching children with autism. I have spent the last year working as a private nanny. My favorite activities with kids are going on adventures to the zoo, botanical gardens, museums, etc. as well as at home activities such as games and arts and crafts to stimulate their minds in a fun way! I also love reading books with kids and having them read to me so I can assess Read more and develop their reading skills. My favorite thing about children is their honesty and their imagination. I love hearing the unique phrases and descriptions they give when trying to talk about an experience when they don’t know the word or name for it. A little bit about me, I love cats and I love to cook and bake. Ask me about my cats, I have three and they give me lots to talk about! I would also love to travel and do some sight-seeing, and my ultimate career goal is to become a psych nurse and help people struggling with their mental health. I have lots of love in my heart and I would love to share it with as many people as possible!
