My home was an in-home daycare growing up. My first job was at an NAEYC accredited children's program. I have BS courses in Early Childhood Education under my belt. I'm the eldest of 6 kids (aged 3-16), and now that I'm away from them all, I miss kids. I want to give kids the kind of nurturing, stimulating environment my best caregivers gave me. I want parents to feel like they can trust other people to not just take care of their children, but to fill in the parents' blanks while they are away. Some of the best people in my life were my secondary caregivers, and I recognize how important to a child's development they are.
