Taylor was very prompt and took great care of my kids. Would book again!

She was great. I was impressed that she even put the kids in their PJ's without me asking her too and she put them to sleep:)

Taylor communicates promptly and arrives on time. She has the flexibility i needed.

I would not recommend. Even though she said she has experience with 16 month olds and said she knew how to change a diaper, it was clear that she was struggling. She knew the front and back of a diaper but there's more to changing a diaper than that. She didn't know how to hold a bottle of formula for a nap time feeding. And when my little one didn't immediately fall asleep during the bottle, she gave up and took her back out to play even though my kiddo seriously needed to nap and was cranky. Taylor didn't know how to handle it. I ended up having to do it and I have a broken leg so am very limited in movement. I let Taylor go after 2.5 hrs even though I need her for 5 hrs. And she wanted her full pay even though she wasn't staying for the full day! She said I was being inconsiderate and needed to compensate her for the inconvenience. What?! I'm the one truly inconvenienced because I have the broken leg and the toddler.

Taylor was great with my son, answered promptly whenever I checked in and communicated well when she needed clarification. She was on time and hoping to work with her again

Taylor has poor communication. If you’re in dire need of someone and looking for someone to start immediately, her communication skills are not up to par. Schedule an interview with Taylor, and she excepted and did not attend the interview. She has yet to respond, or follow up as to why she missed the interview. I would not recommend

Taylor was great with all 3 of my children. Would definitely recommend!
