Hello! My name is Emily, but I go by my middle name, Jo. I'm a 20 year old art student with a heart for kids and a passion for creativity, connection, and teaching. I've been caring for children consistently since I was 13-- whether in a daycare, as a babysitter, or as an art teacher. In total I have a little over 7 years of experience working with children of all ages. A little over a year ago I had the opportunity to teach art classes to students aged 4-12. It was so rewarding and deepened my love for helping young people grow their confidence and their skills. I had to stop teaching because I moved for college, but I'm excited to continue working with children now that I have settled in!
