Throughout my time working within the early childhood education field, I have developed bonds with both the children I work with and their families. Working hands on in a classroom has increased my leadership experience and problem solving skills. I am confident in my ability to multitask in a hectic classroom and adjust to an ever changing classroom environment throughout each day. Patience, determination, and flexibility have aided me most in excelling within the daycare setting. Working in house with the children I nanny (3 yo girl and 7 mo boy) has broadened my perspective of childcare. Throughout the day I handle all meals, diaper changes, learning activities, and potty training. During my time with the children I have developed a structured daily schedule which provides both the children and myself with peace of mind and an environment for growth.
