Itzel did a great job watching our children ages 3 - 6. She was prompt at picking them up and getting them where they needed to be. She created a rapport with both kids and successfully navigated their strong wills and emotions by listening and setting boundaries while still allowing them to have input into decisions. My kids are stronger people for having this experience with her.
