Hi! :) My name is Christina and I am currently a university student studying art history. I have 3 years of experience with babysitting children between 0-13 and for five years I was a Sunday school teacher at my local church for children 18 months-3 years old, for about 2 hours a day every week. My time there was spent playing with and comforting the children as well as story time, changing diapers, and assisting those who were potty-trained to the bathroom as needed; I previously worked at CAMP, a family experience store on 5th Ave for 6 months which often involved playing with and interacting with families and children. In terms of current work experience outside of childcare, I now work at Jane's Carousel in Brooklyn Bridge Park. I am an events programming intern for a nonprofit arts organization and I volunteer on Sunday afternoons at the Rubin Museum Read more helping with their family Sunday programming, as well as volunteering at the N-YHS. I was one of the organizers of a film festival that saw over 200 attendees over 2 days in September, and I've curated an art show. I do all of this with the hopes of becoming a Museum Educator one day. I am flexible with scheduling, I can cook, change diapers, help with homework, pick the children up from school, willing to take care of pets, and much more if needed. Recently vaccinated this winter with both Flu Vaccine and Novavax Covid-19 Vaccine.
