I have been a sitter since my freshman year of high school. I began watching 3 kids consistently after school and on weekends, as well as being a live in nanny for my 4 nephews. The ages range from newborn (my nephew)-12. The three kids that I watched consistently also had two German shepherds that I cared for. We would take trips (parents approved), do crafts, make meals together, do holiday fun things together, play games, watch movies, build forts, have the occasional slumber party if needed, and so much more. I enjoyed this job so much that I hardly called it a “job”. The kids that weren’t blood family have grown to the age where they no longer need me, yet we are basically family at this point we were together so much, so we still get together and do things (parents included). I have always had a young Read more heart, wide imagination, and motherly nature. I did this because I enjoyed it, and I sincerely miss it! So I’m jumping back in!!
