Hi there! My name is Ava, I am a 19 year old college student at Miami University pursuing a degree in Social Work and Health Behavior. At Miami, I am also a Cadet in the Army ROTC program, where I have gained lots of skills in leadership and teamwork with the intent to commission as an Army Officer upon graduation. I am originally from Rhinebeck, NY and graduated from Rhinebeck High School in 2023. I have been babysitting since I was 14 years old and have worked for 10+ families over the years. I have also been both a day camp counselor and residential counselor for Ramapo for Children for 3 years, specifically working with children on the spectrum and/or with behavioral challenges. I have always been very passionate about child care, and would love to continue making connections with families and helping out whenever possible!
