Rhonda took care of our newborn until ~6 weeks as a night nanny. She was very punctual, flexible on shifting days as needed, and knew exactly what to do with our baby girl. She never once needed to wake me at night for any assistance and helped get our baby on a great sleep schedule. I would highly recommend her for future night nanny positions!
Rhonda N.'s reply

Flaked after committing to a permanent position right before a background check was going to be conducted.
Rhonda N.'s reply
Invasive questions concerned my references and at least two of them contacted me with concern. This person also had and still has a complete copy of my enhanced sittercity background check. I also still possess her acknowledgement text of receiving my BGC. She also wanted to do a credit check on me.

I absolutely recommend Rhonda to all parents! She’s incredibly friendly, patient, and professional as a babysitter. When I had a last-minute request, she stepped right in with a smile. She was always on time and took wonderful care of my school-aged children. I can’t wait to book her again when I need her help!
Rhonda N.'s reply
Thank you. The kids made it so easy to navigate those days! I was amazed how independent & talented they are! A joy to have met you all! ❤️

During the in person interview, she did not mention any concerns about the enteral feeding pump nor that she was afraid of dogs. She was told the dogs would be outside or crated and that their care would be handled by a service. I was only informed of this information when I sent a text requesting information to set her up in a payroll system. She did offer to send the job to some of her colleagues.
Rhonda N.'s reply
This response is very unfortunate and left out of frustration. I responded with my concerns, via text to you, and that I would not be a proper fit for the job, and the home was beyond unsanitary. The job description stated no particulars with feeding tube and other necessities that can cause harm to the person of need if not administered properly.

Rhonda was a fantastic add to our family to help our little guy with overnight care and help us (the parents) get a little rest. She was a great asset and would recommend for anyone seeking a patient high-touch care provider.

I cannot say enough good things about our time working with Rhonda! She worked as a night nanny for our newborn son for about 6 weeks and did a phenomenal job. As first time parents, we were unsure about a lot of aspects to having a new baby, but Rhonda both reassured us & taught us how to care for him. On top of the job, she really made us feel part of a family. I highly recommend her for any of your care needs! She's flexible and understanding, truly a delight to have in our home - I'm excited to work with her again!
