I have known Claudia since 2016, when she began as a Bilingual Volunteer for Gaithersburg HELP. She has stayed devoted, and committed to helping other families in need, even though she has had some tough times herself. She is extremely reliable and very committed to doing her job as best as she can, while always trying to improve herself.

Claudia was our nanny for 3 years and she was like a member of our family. She is so warm and loving to the kids. She really enjoyed taking them out to do fun activities. She was extremely helpful around the house as well and never had idle time when the kids were napping or at school.
