I love being a sitter because I get to help families out. I’m 18, I have a lot of siblings, most of which I’ve helped raise. I am very emotionally intelligent about how children communicate. As well as aware of how new and complicating their emotions can be for them. Over the years of raising siblings, I have came up with so many different ways to help them regulate their big emotions like anger or sadness. I love to entertain their creativity and imagination because, I myself have been through a lot. So it really just lifts my whole mood to see others happy, such as parents being able to go on a much needed date and their child or children having so much more fun than they thought they’d have because parents are gone. I would love to be able to give to the community and help other parents, Read more really anyone raising children’s to have the opportunity to get a little me time, date night, or whatever is needed. Raising children takes a village, we need more people to help out others who don’t have the option.
