I'm a 32-year-old nanny who truly loves working with kids. I have been in childcare for over 10 years (mostly for infants and toddlers), and in that time I have worked as a babysitter, full-time nanny, and as an Assistant Teacher in the Toddlers class and the Infant class at a French immersion preschool, where I completed some coursework in early childhood development. I've loved my experiences in nanny shares over the years, and most recently I was in a nanny share in Seattle for two kids who are now 19 months old (age 3 months at the start). I made the bittersweet decision to move back to Portland at the end of 2024 and am looking for my next nanny family, or families to do occasional sitting for. I also have a degree in French and would be happy to speak it with your child(ren) if that interests you! While I am ideally looking for full-time work, I am also eager to build a network of families that I can provide occasional babysitting for. I was fortunate enough to have been recommended via word of mouth to several families during my 5 years in Seattle, and I would love to develop the same kind of contacts and routine of regular date night sitting for families here in Portland.
