Hi everyone! My name is Kassidy. I'm originally from small-town Illinois, and I live in Chicago currently. I have been a natural caregiver and great with kids ever since my younger sister was born when I was five years old. Professionally, I have many years of experience working with children of all ages, backgrounds, ability levels, etc. From babysitting, teaching dance, working in children's theatre, and at a summer camp for kiddos, I am very comfortable providing care in many different ways. I have a Bachelor of Science in Dance Education, and in school, I studied things like childhood development and how to effectively communicate with children at different ages. I am certified in First Aid/CPR/AED, as well as sexual abuse awareness and prevention. I also have a valid drivers' license, a car, and am very comfortable driving in city traffic. Fun fact: I am also a professional dancer, singer, Read more and actor, and have been involved in the arts my entire life! I also enjoy sports, music of all genres, and good food! :) Generally, I'm extremely easy to get along with, very flexible and intuitive, I love being goofy and playing with kids at their level, and really listening to kids and making them feel seen and heard is my top priority!
