Hi!! My name is Linnea and I love working with kids! I’ve spent my summers teaching swim lessons and working at Montessori or regular preschools. I swim division 1 at Old Dominion University as I pursue my bachelors degree in Elementary Education (and hopefully masters too!). I can’t wait to be a teacher and love getting to work with kids any chance I get until then:) I have worked in a variety of preschool classrooms for kids anywhere from 0-5 and have spent time student teaching/observing in 4th and 5th grade classrooms (so I have education and certifications to qualify for those roles). I’ve also facilitated school camps and after school programs as a volunteer throughout highschool. Each age brings its own unique joys and challenges, but I’d have to say I have a particular affinity for infants and 9-10 year olds.
