Hello Parents: I’m a bilingual Spanish sitter who sat for over 20 years. I have experience with newborns toddlers to teens and am comfortable working with families who have pets and children with special needs. As a sitter, I strive to strike a balance between energetic play and calm structure. I see my job as having 3 primary duties. Most importantly, keeping the children that I am watching safe. Next, to maintain the house rules and routine, so that children have a sense of stability when their parents are gone. Finally, making sure the kids I am watching are happy and content- I want "having a sitter" to be a positive experience for them. Flavia is the best sitter we have ever had! My son, who is not shy but also takes a bit to warm up to people, instantly asked when she could come back. And my daughter lights up every time Flavia comes over too! She helps with so much around the house, is always finding new ways to play with the kids, and really loves them like family. We love her like family too!
