Hello! I am not your typical babysitter. I love children and have dedicated most of my life to them. I am a recently retired elementary teacher/children's librarian with 30 years of experience in the classroom. I have been caring for children since I was a teenager beginning with babysitting and as a camp counselor. In my twenties I was involved in children's and educational theater. My passion for children inspired me to get my teaching degree and I got to pursue a career that brought me much fulfillment and joy. I love reading to children and I am happy to bring books to your home specifically curated for your child as well as my special "Magic Bag" of puppets. In addition, I can act as a tutor to help your child build their reading and writing skills. I am very active and enjoy spending time in nature. I look forward Read more to connecting with you.
