Hi I'm Crystal I have alot of experience ranging from tolders to adults. I started working in daycare when I was 17. I love assisting children in learning fun and exploring. Right now I currently work with adults with IDD I love what I do I love helping the individuals I work with reach there goals and fulfill there dreams .Prior to working as a dsp I worked with adolescents in a group home setting for 13 yrs. I love helping and building relationships. I currently facilitate 2 cooking classes and help with craft and exercise classes too i also plan fun day trips that the adults i work with love from aquarium trips to zoos to dining out to . I am very active outgoing and fun to be around
