I’m 52 yo and come from a large extended family with lots of young children, so I am used to being around children of all ages. I started babysitting as early as 14/15 yo, and then when I was 19 years old I spent a summer (1992) during college living with a family in Los Angeles taking care of their three children (twin boys 3.5 yo and a girl 4.5 yo). We became close and I returned to be their live in nanny during my senior year of college (93-94) when I was on a student exchange program. I travelled with them to Mammoth, MV, Chappaquiddick, and Cambridge where they had homes and/or family. When I returned to the east coast I did more occasional babysitting for my cousins who live in Newton, when their kids were young (around 2007). I spent the last 20 years in the corporate world Read more and left it recently to help take care of my parents. I am looking for occasional babysitting jobs and currently have a very flexible schedule. I’m interested in babysitting ages preschool to teen, preferably in households w/o dogs (cats OK).
