Hi, my name is Lili, and I am excited about the opportunity to work with your family. I recently graduated with a B.S. in Cognitive Science in June and plan to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy after my gap year. With over 9 years of experience in childcare, I’ve had the privilege of working with children ranging from 11 months to 13 years old. Most recently, I was a nanny for an infant, caring for him from 11 months old until he became a toddler, and I was with him for nearly two years. My role included everything from changing diapers, cooking, and cleaning to creating engaging learning and playtime activities. Before that, I worked as a behavioral technician, supporting children on the autism spectrum through behavior-focused interventions. I also spent five years as a summer camp counselor, supervising and planning activities for groups of 10 children each day, Read more and two years as a volleyball coach for girls aged 8-12. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I’m happy to provide any necessary background checks. My driving record is spotless, and I always ensure the highest level of care and safety. Working with children is something that truly brightens my day. I believe that children are full of light, energy, and creativity, and I love to engage in activities that nurture their growth. Whether it’s outdoor play, teaching volleyball, playing board games, or learning-focused games, I strive to create a fun and educational environment. I am patient, reliable, communicative, and flexible, with extensive knowledge both from my academic background and hands-on experience. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Lili has been an absolute blessing to our family. From the moment she started with us, she brought warmth, patience, and a genuine love for working with our baby. She went above and beyond to make sure our little one felt safe, loved, and engaged in fun and creative activities that really helped with his development. Her care was consistent, and it was clear she truly connected with him, becoming more than just a sitter—she became part of our family. What I appreciated most about Liliana was her thoughtfulness, whether it was through a fun new game or simply being there to provide comfort when needed. She would constantly ask if there was anything else needed around the house that she could help with. She was often cleaning and preparing extra food for the family even when not asked. We always knew our child was in good hands with her, and for that, we are so grateful. I can’t recommend Liliana enough—any family would be lucky to have her care for their children.
