This is my 26th year as a certified educator. I have experience teaching children elementary age - junior high age. Being a mom and grandmother…ahem…GIGI…it sounds younger, I have experience with infants, toddlers, and yes even 20 something year olds. My family and children are my life. That goes for my students past and present as well. I am looking for afternoon work caring for school age children, helping with homework and running them to and from afterschool activities. I am willing to do weekend care as well. I’ve often thought of retiring and providing nighttime child care for parents who work overnight shifts. However, my heart is still in the classroom. I am willing to discuss weekend night time childcare. I am looking for something in and around New Iberia and Youngsville/Broussard area. Thank you for your consideration.
