Hi ! I'm a part time student majoring in Interior Design but I've been working with kids for more than 10 years. I started working with infants up until they go to school. I currently work as a nanny/house manager for 2 kiddos + dog and worked as a Behavior Technician with kids that have Autism who were usually from 2 y/o to 13 y/o before becoming a full time nanny when the pandemic started. Even though working with kids that have Autism can be challenging I used the best of my skills which involved caring skills, patience, organization skills, communication skills, and multitasking. I love being able to make an impact on a child and be part of their growth and development as a person. Because I am so grateful to my parents for helping me become the person I am today, that's why I value so much the Read more impact we make on children. Kids are the future, it's cheesy but it's so real. Some of my skills are understanding kids' emotions, needs, and behaviors. Working with kids with autism helped me understand a lot about handling tantrums and why they happen in the first place. This applies to every kid even if they don't have autism. I'm also very caring, creative, and patient. My goal with every kid is to help them become the best person they can be by caring for and nurturing them, helping their educational and developmental growth and keeping them safe. Tell me a little bit about your dynamic in your house and your little one/s. Would love to know a little bit more about what you’re looking for. If you have any questions feel free to ask!
