Hello! My name is Brooklynn, I recently graduated college at Iowa State University and am taking a gap year before going to school to be a physician assistant next summer! I am full of energy and love kids who I can create fun games with, find creative ways to get us active, and engage in learning games/activities. Going into a health care career I understand the importance of prioritizing safety! I have experience with all ages across the lifespan as well as lots of experience working with and caring for individuals with disabilities. I was a nanny of a toddler with down syndrome for one year and after relocating I worked two summers caring for a family with two daughters (8 and 12 years old). I have spent a full summer, working on the health care team for True Friends, a summer camp for people of all ages with a Read more variety of disabilities. I am currently working in home health as a traveling patient care assistant caring for older adults with dementia and other care needs. I travel for work and am looking to pick up shifts working with children during times where I am not traveling. I am a very hard worker and love caring for and helping all types of people.
