I am a Lee College student currently completing my prerequisites to achieve my bachelor’s in nursing. Because I attend Lee College, I am almost always in the area of Baytown unless there is a special circumstance regarding family time. I am a certified phlebotomist and CCMA. I have three siblings, two of which are younger than me, so I know how kids and sibling dynamics are. I have experience in taking care of small children and handling big personalities. I am able to clean, and run errands if needed with my car. I am a licensed driver and have a 2014 Nissan Sentra which seats 4 not including the driver. I am very adaptable in various situations, and can handle a lot of stress and stimulations. My house is constantly noisy, so I am used to multiple activities happening at once around me. I love taking care of children because Read more I find it so interesting how smart they can be when they are given the right resources and interactions. I also believe that children are very fun to be around, especially those with unique personalities. I am taking psychology right now and am constantly learning more about the brain and development of children from birth. I think this job will help me gain a better understanding of children and experience for my future job of being a pediatric nurse. I am experienced in first aid from having to care for my siblings’ injuries during childhood. I am also not easily bothered by bodily fluids and am conditioning myself to get used to more of those types of things so I can be prepared for my future career. I am available for most weekends all day or night and weekdays after 4 pm because I have class before that. I am able to pick up or drop off children to any event they need. If you ever need me, I am just one call away and will always be happy to help.
