Hello, my name is Faith. I am currently a Junior Biology Major at Tuskegee University. I am a Pre-Med student who plans on becoming an OB-GYN or Pediatrician. I genuinely enjoy being around kids because I come from a big family and feel family is everything. My hobbies include cooking, spending time with God, and playing games. I am CPR and First Aid certified, as I've shadowed and participated in many medical programs emphasizing the importance of knowing the basics in an emergency. I have my license and have been driving for the last 4 years. I have a clean record and often spend most of my time studying for school or volunteering at community centers such as hospices because I love to engage with people, and it helps prepare me to work with future patients of all backgrounds. I am a very nurturing and attention-to-detail person. I come from a diverse family, which I think is essential because it taught me to treat everyone with the same love and respect. I've worked with children with disabilities in middle school and high school, and I understand the importance of patience and gentleness. I am an aunt with experience caring for my nephews and nieces, ranging from a few months old to high school. I've helped commute and take care of one of my neighbor's sons back home when he was unable to drive due to a medical emergency that left him fragile. It strengthened my relationship with my neighbors and allowed me to understand better how to communicate with children efficiently. I look forward to working part-time to help parents with busy kids who need support from their community in Auburn, Al.
