Greetings! My name is Jennifer Baez and I am 35 years old .. I am a first time mommy to my 18 month old baby JJ! I am fluent in speaking, reading and writing English, Spanish, and can understand Portuguese. I graduated from QCC in 2017 with a major in General studies. I am currently pursuing my Bachelors degree in Psychology at Worcester State University with hopes to attain a Masters degree in ABA. I am an outgoing, compassionate, cheerful and responsible mommy who absolutely loves working with children! I have all the necessary qualities that make a good babysitter/nanny. The amazing kids I have worked with range from ages 2yrs-20yrs old. I have many years of experience working in home, school based, and center based settings following a behavior support plan. I provided ABA services to children of different ages as well as handling children’s overall activities. My responsibilities included: assisting the teacher in planning and maintaining a safe, clean, learning environment and insuring the well-being and safety of the children, instructing and supervising the children in social and developmental activities, providing 1:1 teaching and behavior intervention support, also engaging in fun activities with the kids outside, including sports and facilitated social play, also assisting and transporting kids to field trips, libraries, museum and many other fun educational activities! I absolutely love working with children as my passion and would love to continue providing my services and compassionate care!
