Hello! I've loved working with kids for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I couldn't wait until I was old enough to babysit. Now, at the age of 29 I can say I still love working with kids after over a decade of doing so. I’ve been a nanny for a family of 3 girls ages ages 3, 5 and 7; twins, age 2; I traveled to Thailand for 3 months with a family and helped care for their two girls, ages 1 and 3. I also worked with a family where I was homeschooling two boys, in 1st & 3rd grades. After all this, I worked for a school year as an associate teacher in a 2nd grade class, working specifically with a special-ed child. I was also a full-time nanny for a 3 year old, with the intent of speaking Spanish with her. I am Read more a fluent Spanish speaker, being half Colombian. I also worked at Bright Horizons in Fort Collins, Colorado in the infant classroom (2-13 month olds), the toddler classroom (1-3 year olds) , and the preschool classrooms (3-5 year olds) for 3 years while going to school full time for my Bachelors degree. I have a Bachelors degree in Human Development & Family Studies from Colorado State University. After years of being away from the Bay Area (born and raised here), my husband and I moved back here about a year ago. We are currently living in San Francisco! I would love the opportunity to care for your child. I'm easy going, fun, loving, adaptable, patient, a great listener, and lover of kids. Thank you for taking the time to read a bit about me. Let me know if you have any questions! 😊
