Hello! I am a new resident to Charlotte, formerly from Minneapolis, MN. I graduated with my BS and MS in K-6 education and am currently teaching high school mathematics as a tutoring opportunity in the area. I have over 8 years of experience working with children including my first job in college as an infant-toddler assistant teacher at a child care program on the University of Minnesota campus. As I worked there I received my BS for Early Education to specialize in development in ages birth-13 years. Throughout the summers I worked as a nanny full time for families (3) through College Nannies. After I earned this degree, I have been a summer camp lead counselor at a local country club. I have extensive babysitting experience with families I have met through student teaching, neighbors, former co-workers as well as current students. After I earned my MS in Education I Read more taught at a summer preschool program as lead teacher (High Five, Minneapolis, MN). Then began as a 6th grade math teacher at a local middle school. I followed this year with a middle school position again as a science and math department lead in a private school. Since moving to Charlotte, I have been on dog walking apps while I tutor and get to know the area. I am looking forward to making strong and open connections with clients and extending my services beyond taking care of your children. I want to help them develop and learn every day.
