TyShae is very responsive, experienced and loves kids (and they love her too)! It was really easy scheduling the phone interview and in-person interview with TyShae. As a first time mom, finding a nanny is pretty challenging but TyShae has made it really easy so far. She's easy going, on-time, is very attentive to my 8-month old, can follow the schedule (& adapt it too!), and truly enjoys being around my family (pets included). We're glad to have found her!
