Jill assisted me with childcare on short notice the first time, and on a holiday weekend day the second time. My daughter really liked Jill. I think Jill is an intelligent, self-motivated and creative sitter who loves children. She is strong-minded, communicates clearly, was reliable, and engaged my child well in creative play. I would reccomend Jill to other parents. Jill was resourceful handling my twenty-month old toddler's very intense separation anxiety. And though Jill and I did not see eye-to-eye on all things concerning what individuation and autonomy-building should look like in a child my daughter's age, we shared our differing viewpoints, both of us able to express our convictions and hear the other out. The reason I did not continue using Jill is because I found an available nanny in my price range that is an ideal temperament match for my daughter-- a nanny who, herself, had experienced severe separation anxiety from her own mother until age six. With the right child, I think Jill will make a fun, caring and loyal sitter.

Jennifer "Jill", is an amazing sitter! She responded to my need for help with my baby boy at a moment's notice, and was so friendly and peppy. My little 13 m.o. took to her instantly, giving her hugs and trusting her immediately. When we got back, even our dishes were done, as well as a safe, happy baby. Couldn't ask for more!
