Hello! My name is Abbie. I am 31 and work for myself as a consultant. I am looking to babysit part time as a way to work with children. I love caring for and playing with kids and see childcare as a way to deepen my skills for when I become a parent. I've worked in a public school as a full-time substitute teacher and as an ed tech. I worked as a private babysitter from middle school through college. During that period, I watched children every day after school for two different families. I have six nieces and nephews ranging in age from 4 to 11 years old. I lived with my sister's family for a few months after she had her third baby. I've babysat both families multiple times per week at different times and have stayed with them for days to a week while their parents vacationed.
