Hello Families! I am offering my services as your potential nanny. My care promotes an engaging and scree free environment. I have 4 years of paid experience in the childcare field. I worked as a nanny, and before that I worked as a Behavioral Therapist. Through observations at work, and outside of work I have come to realize that each and every child is unique in their own particular way. In order to maximize learning, and personal growth it is important to identify that uniqueness, and even more important to cater to it. (All while making things fun to keep kids actively engaged and actively learning). I believe that as a caregiver, understanding that and practicing that, falls under my scope of practice.
